In these general terms and conditions, we use the following terms:

direct reservation: The user makes a reservation in real time, for which he or she receives immediate confirmation.
registration: by registering on smartcamperstop.eu user creates a user account. Upon registration on the web portal, each visitor obtains a username and a password.

User acknowledges and voluntarily and expressly accepts that the use of the Web Portal is made under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility at all times.

The user can make a reservation via the smartcamperstop.eu reservation system directly with immediate confirmation.
By submitting immediate reservation through the smartcamperstop.eu website, the user of the website enters into a direct contractual relationship with the accommodation provider with whom he/she made the reservation, in accordance with the rules and conditions of smartcamperstop.eu and in accordance with the valid offer of the accommodation provider.
The booking confirmation is systematically generated and sent on behalf of the accommodation provider.

Terms of reservation and cancellation of reservations

Each reservation is made directly with the selected property. Please note that all reservations and services of the accommodation provider are subject to the general conditions of the selected property.
The booking conditions are available on smartcamperstop.eu website for each property individually: on the property individual presentation page along with all necessary information about the property booking, on the property smartcamperstop.eu booking engine and in the e-mail in the booking confirmation letter.
smartcamperstop.eu does not charge the user any booking or cancellation fees. All payments, cancellations or any complaints are directly considered and handled by the selected accommodation provider.
If you want to change or cancel your reservation, please contact the accommodation provider directly. You have received the contact details of the accommodation provider by e-mail in the confirmation letter

Payments

In case selected property requests a prepayment or deposit payment, smartcamperstop.eu offers various payment systems, from which the user can choose from. Secure authorizations and credit card transactions take place via selected payment systems. In case selected accommodation provider requests a reservation guarantee, your credit card details will be requested and transferred to the provider only for this purpose and in accordance with standard security protocols. smartcamperstop.eu does not store information or details about your credit card. In case of your non-arrival or late cancellation and in accordance with the conditions of accommodation, your credit card is not charged by smartcamperstop.eu, but by the accommodation provider.

Data privacy or consent to the use of personal data

By using this website, you give your selected accommodation provider consent to process your personal data, which you specify in the reservation inquiry form or which you provide through the smartcamperstop.eu reservation system for the purposes of your reservations. smartcamperstop.eu will process your personal data as a processor, and the processing is specified in more detail in the privacy policy of the selected accommodation provider.
